Steve did the most brilliant job as the MC of a full day Leadership Summit at the London Stock Exchange at which I spoke recently. He was highly professional, exceptionally well-prepared, funny, relatable and quick-thinking on his feet, always finding the appropriate and tactful words to say to make both the audience and the speakers feel constantly at ease. He even took the trouble to proactively suggest ahead of time, some excellent ideas that really enhanced the transitions and the day as a whole. As a speaker, I’ve seen how the MC can really make or break an event. Steve absolutely made this one.
