Steve ran a media training session for a number of key staff at the Port. The training was a huge success, helping our staff to understand how to maximise the delivery of our key messages, especially when under pressure. The mock interviews that he ran were challenging and greatly improved by the research Steve had already carried out into topical areas at the Port. Overall the staff gave excellent feedback on the session, having learnt a lot, grown in confidence and also had fun – Steve was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be working with Steve in future on a variety of communications projects.
